These forms show all schedules and their associated rates for the 2026-2027 school year. To register, please complete the appropriate form and return to the school with your registration fee.

Monday, February 2, 2026: Registration opens to currently enrolled families. Current families can send forms to MCDS in their child’s bag.

Sunday, February 15, 2025: Registration opens to the public. New families can drop forms off at MCDS from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM.
